Our owner, Zach Franz, says the part of this business he enjoys most now is watching people grow. That is the point of this page. We are not trying to fill a seat for a season. We are trying to offer careers.

What working here looks like

• Four 10-hour days. Crews work Monday through Thursday, so Friday, Saturday and Sunday belong to you and your family.
• A livable wage. We would rather pay people well and keep them than wear them out and rehire every spring.

Why we run it this way

A few years ago we took on too much. Crews worked six days a week and good people left. We changed how we operate so that would not happen again. Now we take on the work we can do well, with people who are not worn down.
